The Itaewon tragedy last week was a shock. About 150 people died during the Halloween celebration on Saturday night, 29th October 2022, in the small streets of Itaewon. There were no tear gas or irresponsible event organisers involved, but it was too crowded and packed with people hungry for entertainment, with fewer police officers.
